quodcumque facitis ex animo operamini sicut Domino et non hominibus
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men;
And whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not unto men,
whatsoever ye do, work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men;
And do all that you do with all your soul, as for Our Lord, and not as for the children of men.
Whatsoever ye do, labour at it heartily, as doing it to the Lord, and not to men;
Whatsoever you do, do it from the heart, as to the Lord, and not to men:
whatsoever ye do, work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men;
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,
Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as though you were working for your real master and not merely for humans.
Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the Lord and not for men,
Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord and not merely for people.
Whatever you are doing, work at it with enthusiasm, as to the Lord and not for people,
Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men,
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.
And whatever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men;
Whatever you are doing, let your hearts be in your work, as a thing done for the Lord and not for men.
And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
Whatever things you are doing, do them well. Remember that you are serving the Lord. You are not only serving people.
and all, whatever ye may do -- out of soul work -- as to the Lord, and not to men,
Whatever work you do, do it with all your heart. Do it for the Lord and not for men.
And whatever you do, work from your soul, as to the Lord, and not to man;
So no matter what your task is, work hard. Always do your best as the Lord’s servant, not as man’s,
Work hard and cheerfully at all you do, just as though you were working for the Lord and not merely for your masters,
Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as if you were doing it for the Lord and not for others,
Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men,
And whatever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men,
Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people,
Whatever may be your task, work at it heartily (from the soul), as [something done] for the Lord and not for men,
In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were doing it for the Lord, not for people.
Servants, do what you’re told by your earthly masters. And don’t just do the minimum that will get you by. Do your best. Work from the heart for your real Master, for God, confident that you’ll get paid in full when you come into your inheritance. Keep in mind always that the ultimate Master you’re serving is Christ. The sullen servant who does shoddy work will be held responsible. Being a follower of Jesus doesn’t cover up bad work.
Whatever you do, keep working at it with all your heart, as for the Lord and not for people,
Whatever you do, do it heartily, as for the Lord, · not for men,
Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters,
And whatever you do, do it heartily as for the Lord, and not for men,
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people.
Whatever ye do, work ye of will, as to the Lord and not to men;
Whatever you do, give it your very best, as if you were working for the Master and not for human beings.
Do your work willingly, as though you were serving the Lord himself, and not just your earthly master.
Whatever your task, work heartily, as serving the Lord and not men,
Slaves, your job is to obey your masters, not with the idea of currying favour, but as a sincere expression of your devotion to God. Whatever you do, put your whole heart and soul into it, as into work done for God, and not merely for men—knowing that your real reward, a heavenly one, will come from God, since you are actually employed by Christ, and not just by your earthly master. But the wicked man will be punished for his misdeeds, and naturally no distinction will be made between master and man.
Whatever task you must do, work as if your soul depends on it, as for the Lord and not for humans,
Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters,
Whatever you do, do it from the heart for the Lord and not for people.
Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men,
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,
Whatever you do, do from the heart, as for the Lord and not for others,
Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people,
In all the work you are doing, ·work the best you can [do it heart and soul; L from the soul]. Work as if you were doing it for the Lord, not for people.
Whatever you do, work at it from the soul, as for the Lord and not for people.
Whatever your task, work heartily, as serving the Lord and not men,
Work at everything you do with all your heart. Work as if you were working for the Lord, not for human masters.
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Whatever work you do, put yourself into it, as those who are serving not merely other people, but the Lord.
Whatever your work is, do it gladly. Do it as you would do it unto the Lord and not for people.
Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters,
Whatever you do, be po’alim (workers) who with their neshamah work facing Adoneinu and not Bnei Adam,
Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as though you were working for your real master and not merely for humans.
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,
In all the work you are given, do the best you can. Work as though you are working for the Lord, not any earthly master.
In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were working for the Lord, not for men.
Whatever you do, accomplish it from the soul, as to the Lord, and not to people,
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
Whatever you do, be working from the soul as for the Lord and not for people,
