| Arabic | | أَفَمَن يَتَّقِي بِوَجْهِهِ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُون |  |

| (on the) Day | yawma | يَوْمَ | ى و م | |
| (of) the Resurrection? | l-qiyāmati | الْقِيَامَةِ | ق و م | |
| And it will be said | waqīla | وَقِيلَ | ق و ل | |
| to the wrongdoers, | lilẓẓālimīna | لِلظَّالِمِينَ | ظ ل م | |
| you used to | kuntum | كُنْتُمْ | ك و ن | |
| earn." | taksibūna | تَكْسِبُونَ | ك س ب | |
