| the heavens | | l-samāwāti | | السَّمَاوَاتِ | | س م و | |
| and the earth | | wal-arḍa | | وَالْأَرْضَ | | ا ر ض | |
| Able | | biqādirin | | بِقَادِرٍ | | ق د ر | |
| create | | yakhluqa | | يَخْلُقَ | | خ ل ق | |
| (the) like of them. | | mith'lahum | | مِثْلَهُمْ | | م ث ل | |
| Yes, indeed! | | balā | | بَلَى | | ب ل ى | |
| (is) the Supreme Creator, | | l-khalāqu | | الْخَلَّاقُ | | خ ل ق | |
| the All-Knower. | | l-ʿalīmu | | الْعَلِيمُ | | ع ل م | |
