Zay-Jiim-Ra
To prohibit, drive away, interdict, chide away, cry out, scare away, rebuke, deter, discourage, repel, restrain, chide by a cry, by voice, or by reproof, check him, restrained him, or forbade him, with rough speech: or prevented, hindered, restrained, or withheld, him: or forbade, or prohibited, him [by any kind of cry or speech].

Wa Laqad Jā'ahum Mina Al-'Anbā'i Mā Fīhi Muzdajarun
While the news had come to them in which there was sufficient warning.

فَالزَّاجِرَاتِ زَجْرا ً
Fālzzājirāti Zajrāan
By the drivers of clouds.

37:19
فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَة ٌ وَاحِدَة ٌ فَإِذَا هُمْ يَنظُرُونَ
Fa'innamā Hiya Zajratun Wāĥidatun Fa'idhā Hum Yanžurūna
All it takes is one sound, then they will be staring.
79:13
فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَة ٌ وَاحِدَة ٌ
Fa'innamā Hiya Zajratun Wāĥidahun
But all it takes is one blow.

(and) He was spurned and chided
54:9
كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوح ٍ فَكَذَّبُوا عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوا مَجْنُون ٌ وَازْدُجِرَ
Kadhdhabat Qablahum Qawmu Nūĥin Fakadhdhabū `Abdanā Wa Qālū Majnūnun Wa Azdujira
The people of Noah disbelieved before them. They disbelieved Our servant and said: He is crazy! And he was oppressed.

فَالزَّاجِرَاتِ زَجْرا ً
Fālzzājirāti Zajrāan
By the drivers of clouds.
