draw forth/out from another thing (e.g. like a hair from dough, sword from sword case), fall out from something, strive to outstrip/come forth/surpass, take/steal secretly, connect one thing with another, extraction, extract, slip, essence.

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنسَانَ مِنْ سُلاَلَة ٍ مِنْ طِين ٍ
Wa Laqad Khalaqnā Al-'Insāna Min Sulālatin Min Ţīnin
And We have created man from an extract from clay.
32:8
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَه ُُ مِنْ سُلاَلَة ٍ مِنْ مَاء ٍ مَهِين ٍ
Thumma Ja`ala Naslahu Min Sulālatin Min Mā'in Mahīnin
Then He made his offspring from a structure derived from a lowly liquid.

لاَ تَجْعَلُوا دُعَاءَ الرَّسُولِ بَيْنَكُمْ كَدُعَاءِ بَعْضِكُمْ بَعْضا ً قَدْ يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ يَتَسَلَّلُونَ مِنْكُمْ لِوَاذا ً فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ~ِ أَنْ تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيم ٌ
Lā Taj`alū Du`ā'a Ar-Rasūli Baynakum Kadu`ā'i Ba`Đikum Ba`Đāan Qad Ya`lamu Allāhu Al-Ladhīna Yatasallalūna Minkum Liwādhāan Falyaĥdhari Al-Ladhīna Yukhālifūna `An 'Amrihi 'An Tuşībahum Fitnatun 'Aw Yuşībahum `Adhābun 'Alīmun
Do not let the calling of the messenger between you be as if you are calling each other. God is fully aware of those among you who slip away under flimsy excuses. Let those who oppose his command beware, for an ordeal may strike them, or a painful retribution.
