5:80
تَرَى كَثِيرا ً مِنْهُمْ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَبِئْسَ مَا قَدَّمَتْ لَهُمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ أَنْ سَخِطَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَفِي الْعَذَابِ هُمْ خَالِدُونَ
Tará Kathīrāan Minhum Yatawallawna Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Labi'sa Mā Qaddamat Lahum 'Anfusuhum 'An Sakhiţa Allāhu `Alayhim Wa Fī Al-`Adhābi Hum Khālidūna
You see many of them allying the rejecters. Wicked is what their souls have provided for them, for the wrath of God is upon them, and in the retribution they will abide.
impf. act.
9:58
وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَلْمِزُكَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ فَإِنْ أُعْطُوا مِنْهَا رَضُوا وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطَوْا مِنْهَا إِذَا هُمْ يَسْخَطُونَ
Wa Minhum Man Yalmizuka Fī Aş-Şadaqāti Fa'in 'U`ţū Minhā RaĐū Wa 'In Lam Yu`ţaw Minhā 'Idhā Hum Yaskhaţūna
And from them are those who criticize you regarding the charities. If they are given from it, they are content; and if they are not given from it, they become enraged!

أَفَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَ اللَّهِ كَمَنْ بَاءَ بِسَخَط ٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَمَأْوَاه ُُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
'Afamani Attaba`a RiĐwāna Allāhi Kaman Bā'a Bisakhaţin Mina Allāhi Wa Ma'wāhu Jahannamu Wa Bi'sa Al-Maşīru
Is he who follows the pleasure of God as he who draws the wrath of God and his abode is Hell and a miserable destiny?

ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اتَّبَعُوا مَا أَسْخَطَ اللَّهَ وَكَرِهُوا رِضْوَانَه ُُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
Dhālika Bi'annahumu Attaba`ū Mā 'Askhaţa Allāha Wa Karihū RiĐwānahu Fa'aĥbaţa 'A`mālahum
That is because they followed that which angeredGod, and they hated that which pleased Him. Thus, He nullified their works.
