أَوْ كَالَّذِي مَرَّ عَلَى قَرْيَة ٍ وَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلَى عُرُوشِهَا قَالَ أَنَّى يُحْيِي هَذِهِ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا فَأَمَاتَهُ اللَّهُ مِائَةَ عَام ٍ ثُمَّ بَعَثَه ُُ قَالَ كَمْ لَبِثْتَ قَالَ لَبِثْتُ يَوْماً أَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْم ٍ قَالَ بَلْ لَبِثْتَ مِائَةَ عَام ٍ فَانظُرْ إِلَى طَعَامِكَ وَشَرَابِكَ لَمْ يَتَسَنَّهْ وَانظُرْ إِلَى حِمَارِكَ وَلِنَجْعَلَكَ آيَة ً لِلنَّاسِ وَانظُرْ إِلَى الْعِظَامِ كَيْفَ نُنشِزُهَا ثُمَّ نَكْسُوهَا لَحْما ً فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَه ُُ قَالَ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْء ٍ قَدِير ٌ
'Aw Kālladhī Marra `Alá Qaryatin Wa Hiya Khāwiyatun `Alá `Urūshihā Qāla 'Anná Yuĥyī Hadhihi Allāhu Ba`da Mawtihā Fa'amātahu Allāhu Miā'ata `Āmin Thumma Ba`athahu Qāla Kam Labithta Qāla Labithtu Yawmāan 'Aw Ba`Đa Yawmin Qāla Bal Labithta Miā'ata `Āmin Fānžur 'Ilá Ţa`āmika Wa Sharābika Lam Yatasannah Wa Anžur 'Ilá Ĥimārika Wa Linaj`alaka 'Āyatan Lilnnāsi Wa Anžur 'Ilá Al-`Ižāmi Kayfa Nunshizuhā Thumma Naksūhā Laĥmāan Falammā Tabayyana Lahu Qāla 'A`lamu 'Anna Allāha `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun
Or the one who passed through a town which had become ruins. He said: "How can God possibly revive this after it had died?" So God put him to death for one hundred years, then He resurrected him. He said: "How long have you stayed here?" He said: "I have stayed here a day or part of a day." He said: "No, you have stayed here for one hundred years! Look at your food and drink, they have not changed, but look at your donkey! And We will make you a sign for the people; and look at the bones how We expand them, then We cover them with flesh." So when it was clear to him what happened, he said: "I now know that God is capable of all things!"
7:189
هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْس ٍ وَاحِدَة ٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلاً خَفِيفا ً فَمَرَّتْ بِه ِِ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَتْ دَعَوَا اللَّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ آتَيْتَنَا صَالِحا ً لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ
Huwa Al-Ladhī Khalaqakum Min Nafsin Wāĥidatin Wa Ja`ala Minhā Zawjahā Liyaskuna 'Ilayhā Falammā Taghashshāhā Ĥamalat Ĥamlāan Khafīfāan Famarrat Bihi Falammā 'Athqalat Da`awā Allāha Rabbahumā La'in 'Ātaytanā Şāliĥāan Lanakūnanna Mina Ash-Shākirīna
He is the One who has created you from one person, and He made from it its mate to reside with. When he dwelled with her, she became pregnant with a light load, and she continued with it; then when it became heavy, they called on God, their Lord: "If You give us an upright child, then we will be among the thankful."
10:12
وَإِذَا مَسَّ الإِنْسَانَ الضُّرُّ دَعَانَا لِجَنْبِهِ~ِ أَوْ قَاعِداً أَوْ قَائِما ً فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُ ضُرَّه ُُ مَرَّ كَأَنْ لَمْ يَدْعُنَا إِلَى ضُرّ ٍ مَسَّه ُُ كَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
Wa 'Idhā Massa Al-'Insāna AĐ-Đurru Da`ānā Lijanbihi 'Aw Qā`idāan 'Aw Qā'imāan Falammā Kashafnā `Anhu Đurrahu Marra Ka'an Lam Yad`unā 'Ilá Đurrin Massahu Kadhālika Zuyyina Lilmusrifīna Mā Kānū Ya`malūna
And when affliction touches man, he calls upon Us on his side or sitting or standing. But when We remove his affliction from him, he carries on as if he never called upon Us for an affliction which touched him! Thus it was made to appear good to the transgressors what they had done.
11:38
وَيَصْنَعُ الْفُلْكَ وَكُلَّمَا مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ مَلَأ ٌ مِنْ قَوْمِه ِِ سَخِرُوا مِنْهُ قَالَ إِنْ تَسْخَرُوا مِنَّا فَإِنَّا نَسْخَرُ مِنْكُمْ كَمَا تَسْخَرُونَ
Wa Yaşna`u Al-Fulka Wa Kullamā Marra `Alayhi Mala'un Min Qawmihi Sakhirū Minhu Qāla 'In Taskharū Minnā Fa'innā Naskharu Minkum Kamā Taskharūna
And as he was constructing the ship, every time any cluster from his people passed by, they mocked him. He said: "If you mock us, then we also mock you as you mock."
25:72
وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَشْهَدُونَ الزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِاللَّغْوِ مَرُّوا كِرَاما ً
Wa Al-Ladhīna Lā Yash/hadūna Az-Zūra Wa 'Idhā Marrū Bil-Laghwi Marrū Kirāmāan
And those who do not bear false witness, and if they pass by vain talk they pass by with dignity.
25:72
وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَشْهَدُونَ الزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِاللَّغْوِ مَرُّوا كِرَاما ً
Wa Al-Ladhīna Lā Yash/hadūna Az-Zūra Wa 'Idhā Marrū Bil-Laghwi Marrū Kirāmāan
And those who do not bear false witness, and if they pass by vain talk they pass by with dignity.
83:30
وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ
Wa 'Idhā Marrū Bihim Yataghāmazūna
And when they passed by them they used to wink to each other.

وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ آيَة ٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ يَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهَا وَهُمْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضُونَ
Wa Ka'ayyin Min 'Āyatin Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'ArĐi Yamurrūna `Alayhā Wa Hum `Anhā Mu`riĐūna
And how many a sign in the heavens and the earth do they pass by, while they are turning away from it.
27:88
وَتَرَى الْجِبَالَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَة ً وَهِيَ تَمُرُّ مَرَّ السَّحَابِ صُنْعَ اللَّهِ الَّذِي أَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْء ٍ إِنَّه ُُ خَبِير ٌ بِمَا تَفْعَلُونَ
Wa Tará Al-Jibāla Taĥsabuhā Jāmidatan Wa Hiya Tamurru Marra As-Saĥābi Şun`a Allāhi Al-Ladhī 'Atqana Kulla Shay'in 'Innahu Khabīrun Bimā Taf`alūna
And you see the mountains, you think they are solid, while they are passing by like the clouds. The making of God who perfected everything. He is Expert over what you do.
37:137
وَإِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ مُصْبِحِينَ
Wa 'Innakum Latamurrūna `Alayhim Muşbiĥīna
And you pass by their ruins in the morning;

And you see the mountains, you think they are solid, while they are passing by like the clouds. The making of God who perfected everything. He is Expert over what you do.

Bali As-Sā`atu Maw`iduhum Wa As-Sā`atu 'Ad/há Wa 'Amarru
The Hour is their appointed time, and the Hour is far worse and more painful.

الطَّلاَقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإمْسَاك ٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيح ٌ بِإِحْسَان ٍ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَأْخُذُوا مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئا ً إِلاَّ أَنْ يَخَافَا أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِه ِِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوهَا وَمَنْ يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَأُوْلَائِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
Aţ-Ţalāqu Marratāni Fa'imsākun Bima`rūfin 'Aw Tasrīĥun Bi'iĥsānin Wa Lā Yaĥillu Lakum 'An Ta'khudhū Mimmā 'Ātaytumūhunna Shay'āan 'Illā 'An Yakhāfā 'Allā Yuqīmā Ĥudūda Allāhi Fa'in Khiftum 'Allā Yuqīmā Ĥudūda Allāhi Falā Junāĥa `Alayhimā Fīmā Aftadat Bihi Tilka Ĥudūdu Allāhi Falā Ta`tadūhā Wa Man Yata`adda Ĥudūda Allāhi Fa'ūlā'ika Humu Až-žālimūna
The divorce is allowed twice. So, either they remain together equitably, or they part ways with goodness. And it is not lawful for you to take back anything you have given them unless you fear that they will not uphold the boundaries of God. So if you fear that they will not uphold the boundaries of God, then there is no sin upon them for what is given back. These are the boundaries of God so do not transgress them. And whoever shall transgress the boundaries of God, then these are the wicked.
6:94
وَلَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا فُرَادَى كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ وَتَرَكْتُمْ مَا خَوَّلْنَاكُمْ وَرَاءَ ظُهُورِكُمْ وَمَا نَرَى مَعَكُمْ شُفَعَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّهُمْ فِيكُمْ شُرَكَاءُ لَقَدْ تَقَطَّعَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنكُمْ مَا كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ
Wa Laqad Ji'tumūnā Furādá Kamā Khalaqnākum 'Awwala Marratin Wa Taraktum Mā Khawwalnākum Warā'a žuhūrikum Wa Mā Nará Ma`akum Shufa`ā'akumu Al-Ladhīna Za`amtum 'Annahum Fīkum Shurakā'u Laqad Taqaţţa`a Baynakum Wa Đalla `Ankum Mā Kuntum Taz`umūna
"And you have come to Us individually, just as We had created you the first time; and you have left behind you all that We have provided for you; and We do not see your intercessors with you that you used to claim were with you in partnership; all is severed between you, and what you have claimed has abandoned you."
6:110
وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ~ِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Wa Nuqallibu 'Af'idatahum Wa 'Abşārahum Kamā Lam Yu'uminū Bihi 'Awwala Marratin Wa Nadharuhum Fī Ţughyānihim Ya`mahūna
And We divert their hearts and eyesight, as they did not believe in it the first time; and We leave them wandering in their transgression.
8:56
الَّذِينَ عَاهَدْتَ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّة ٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يَتَّقُونَ
Al-Ladhīna `Āhadta Minhum Thumma YanquĐūna `Ahdahum Fī Kulli Marratin Wa Hum Lā Yattaqūna
Those of them with whom you made a pledge, then they break their pledge every time, and they do take heed.
9:13
أَلاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ قَوْما ً نَكَثُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ وَهَمُّوا بِإِخْرَاجِ الرَّسُولِ وَهُمْ بَدَءُوكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ فَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَخْشَوْهُ إِنْ كُنتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
'Alā Tuqātilūna Qawmāan Nakathū 'Aymānahum Wa Hammū Bi'ikhrāji Ar-Rasūli Wa Hum Bada'ūkum 'Awwala Marratin 'Atakhshawnahum Fa-Allāhu 'Aĥaqqu 'An Takhshawhu 'In Kuntum Mu'uminīna
Would you not fight a people who broke their oaths and intended to expel the messenger, especially while they were the ones who attacked you first? Are you concerned about them? It is God who is more deserving that you be concerned with if you are believers.
9:80
اسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ أَوْ لاَ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ إِنْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّة ً فَلَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِه ِِ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ
Astaghfir Lahum 'Aw Lā Tastaghfir Lahum 'In Tastaghfir Lahum Sab`īna Marratan Falan Yaghfira Allāhu Lahum Dhālika Bi'annahum Kafarū Billāhi Wa Rasūlihi Wa Allāhu Lā Yahdī Al-Qawma Al-Fāsiqīna
Whether you seek forgiveness for them, or do not seek forgiveness for them. If you seek forgiveness for them seventy times, God will not forgive them. That is because they have rejected God and His messenger; and God does not guide the wicked people.
9:83
فَإِنْ رَجَعَكَ اللَّهُ إِلَى طَائِفَة ٍ مِنْهُمْ فَاسْتَأْذَنُوكَ لِلْخُرُوجِ فَقُلْ لَنْ تَخْرُجُوا مَعِيَ أَبَدا ً وَلَنْ تُقَاتِلُوا مَعِيَ عَدُوّا ً إِنَّكُمْ رَضِيتُمْ بِالْقُعُودِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ فَاقْعُدُوا مَعَ الْخَالِفِينَ
Fa'in Raja`aka Allāhu 'Ilá Ţā'ifatin Minhum Fāsta'dhanūka Lilkhurūji Faqul Lan Takhrujū Ma`iya 'Abadāan Wa Lan Tuqātilū Ma`iya `Adūwāan 'Innakum RaĐītum Bil-Qu`ūdi 'Awwala Marratin Fāq`udū Ma`a Al-Khālifīna
So, if God sends you back to a group of them, and they ask your permission to come with you, then say: "You will not come with me ever; nor will you fight any enemy with me. You had accepted staying behind the first time, so stay with those who remain behind."
9:101
وَمِمَّنْ حَوْلَكُمْ مِنَ الأَعْرَابِ مُنَافِقُونَ وَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ مَرَدُوا عَلَى النِّفَاقِ لاَ تَعْلَمُهُمْ نَحْنُ نَعْلَمُهُمْ سَنُعَذِّبُهُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَى عَذَابٍ عَظِيم ٍ
Wa Mimman Ĥawlakum Mina Al-'A`rābi Munāfiqūna Wa Min 'Ahli Al-Madīnati Maradū `Alá An-Nifāqi Lā Ta`lamuhum Naĥnu Na`lamuhum Sanu`adhdhibuhum Marratayni Thumma Yuraddūna 'Ilá `Adhābin `Ažīmin
And from among the Nomads around you are hypocrites, and from among the people of the city, they persist in hypocrisy. You do not know them, but We know them. We will punish them twice, then they will be returned to a great punishment.
9:126
أَوَلاَ يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَام ٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لاَ يَتُوبُونَ وَلاَ هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
'Awalā Yarawna 'Annahum Yuftanūna Fī Kulli `Āmin Marratan 'Aw Marratayni Thumma Lā Yatūbūna Wa Lā Hum Yadhdhakkarūna
Do they not see they are tested every year once or twice? But then they do not repent, nor do they remember.
17:4
وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ فِي الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوّا ً كَبِيرا ً
Wa QaĐaynā 'Ilá Banī 'Isrā'īla Fī Al-Kitābi Latufsidunna Fī Al-'ArĐi Marratayni Wa Lata`lunna `Ulūwāan Kabīrāan
And We decreed to the Children of Israel in the Book, that you will make corruption twice on the earth, and that you will become very high and mighty.
17:7
إِنْ أَحْسَنتُمْ أَحْسَنتُمْ لِأنفُسِكُمْ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ~ُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيرا ً
'In 'Aĥsantum 'Aĥsantum Li'nfusikum Wa 'In 'Asa'tum Falahā Fa'idhā Jā'a Wa`du Al-'Ākhirati Liyasū'ū Wujūhakum Wa Liyadkhulū Al-Masjida Kamā Dakhalūhu 'Awwala Marratin Wa Liyutabbirū Mā `Alaw Tatbīrāan
If you do good, then it will be good for you, and if you do bad, then so be it. But when the promise of the second time comes, they will make your faces filled with sorrow and they will enter the Temple as they did the first time, and they will strike down all that was raised up.
17:51
أَوْ خَلْقا ً مِمَّا يَكْبُرُ فِي صُدُورِكُمْ فَسَيَقُولُونَ مَنْ يُعِيدُنَا قُلِ الَّذِي فَطَرَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ إِلَيْكَ رُءُوسَهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هُوَ قُلْ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ قَرِيبا ً
'Aw Khalqāan Mimmā Yakburu Fī Şudūrikum Fasayaqūlūna Man Yu`īdunā Quli Al-Ladhī Faţarakum 'Awwala Marratin FasayunghiĐūna 'Ilayka Ru'ūsahum Wa Yaqūlūna Matá Huwa Qul `Asá 'An Yakūna Qarībāan
"Or a creation that is held dear in your chests." They will say: "Who will return us?" Say: "The One who initiated you the first time." They will shake their heads to you and say: "When is this?" Say: "Perhaps it is near."
18:48
وَعُرِضُوا عَلَى رَبِّكَ صَفّا ً لَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ بَلْ زَعَمْتُمْ أَلَّنْ نَجْعَلَ لَكُمْ مَوْعِدا ً
Wa `UriĐū `Alá Rabbika Şaffāan Laqad Ji'tumūnā Kamā Khalaqnākum 'Awwala Marratin Bal Za`amtum 'Allan Naj`ala Lakum Maw`idāan
And they are displayed before your Lord as a column: "You have come to Us as We had created you the first time. No, you claimed We would not make for you an appointed time!"
20:37
وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَيْكَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى
Wa Laqad Manannā `Alayka Marratan 'Ukhrá
"And We have graced you another time."
24:58
يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِيَسْتَأْذِنْكُمُ الَّذِينَ مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّات ٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ وَحِينَ تَضَعُونَ ثِيَابَكُمْ مِنَ الظَّهِيرَةِ وَمِنْ بَعْدِ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ ثَلاَثُ عَوْرَات ٍ لَكُمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلاَ عَلَيْهِمْ جُنَاح ٌ بَعْدَهُنَّ طَوَّافُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَعْض ٍ كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الآيَاتِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيم ٌ
Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Liyasta'dhinkumu Al-Ladhīna Malakat 'Aymānukum Wa Al-Ladhīna Lam Yablughū Al-Ĥuluma Minkum Thalātha Marrātin Min Qabli Şalāati Al-Fajri Wa Ĥīna TaĐa`ūna Thiyā Bakum Mina Až-žahīrati Wa Min Ba`di Şalāati Al-`Ishā'i Thalāthu `Awrātin Lakum Laysa `Alaykum Wa Lā `Alayhim Junāĥun Ba`dahunna Ţawwāfūna `Alaykum Ba`Đukum `Alá Ba`Đin Kadhālika Yubayyinu Allāhu Lakumu Al-'Āyā Ti Wa Allāhu `Alīmun Ĥakīmun
O you who believe, let those who are maintained by your oaths, and those who have attained puberty, request your permission regarding three times: before the dawn contact prayer, and when you put off your garments from the noon time, and after the evening contact prayer. These are three private times for you. Other than these times, it is not wrong for you or them to intermingle with one another. God thus clarifies the revelations for you. And God is Knowledgeable, Wise.
28:54
أُوْلَائِكَ يُؤْتَوْنَ أَجْرَهُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ بِمَا صَبَرُوا وَيَدْرَءُونَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ السَّيِّئَةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
'Ūlā'ika Yu'utawna 'Ajrahum Marratayni Bimā Şabarū Wa Yadra'ūna Bil-Ĥasanati As-Sayyi'ata Wa Mimmā Razaqnāhum Yunfiqūna
To these We grant twice the reward for that they have been patient. And they counter evil with good, and from Our provisions to them, they give.
33:31
وَمَنْ يَقْنُتْ مِنْكُنَّ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِه ِِ وَتَعْمَلْ صَالِحا ً نُؤْتِهَا أَجْرَهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهَا رِزْقا ً كَرِيما ً
Wa Man Yaqnut Minkunna Lillāhi Wa Rasūlihi Wa Ta`mal Şāliĥāan Nu'utihā 'Ajrahā Marratayni Wa 'A`tadnā Lahā Rizqāan Karīmāan
And any of you who is dutiful to God and His messenger, and does good works, We will grant her double the recompense, and We have prepared for her a generous provision.
36:79
قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنشَأَهَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيم ٌ
Qul Yuĥyīhā Al-Ladhī 'Ansha'ahā 'Awwala Marratin Wa Huwa Bikulli Khalqin `Alīmun
Say: The One who has made them in the first place will resurrect them. He is fully aware of every creation.
41:21
وَقَالُوا لِجُلُودِهِمْ لِمَ شَهِدْتُمْ عَلَيْنَا قَالُوا أَنطَقَنَا اللَّهُ الَّذِي أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَيْء ٍ وَهُوَ خَلَقَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّة ٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
Wa Qālū Lijulūdihim Lima Shahidtum `Alaynā Qālū 'Anţaqanā Allāhu Al-Ladhī 'Anţaqa Kulla Shay'in Wa Huwa Khalaqakum 'Awwala Marratin Wa 'Ilayhi Turja`ūna
And they will say to their skins: Why did you bear witness against us? They will say: God made us speak; He is the One who causes everything to speak. He is the One who has created you the first time, and to Him you return.

Dhū Mirratin Fāstawá
Free from any defect, he became stable.

54:2
وَإِنْ يَرَوْا آيَة ً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْر ٌ مُسْتَمِرّ ٌ
Wa 'In Yaraw 'Āyatan Yu`riĐū Wa Yaqūlū Siĥrun Mustamirrun
And if they see a sign, they turn away and say: Ongoing magic!
54:19
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحا ً صَرْصَرا ً فِي يَوْمِ نَحْس ٍ مُسْتَمِرّ ٍ
'Innā 'Arsalnā `Alayhim Rīĥāan Şarşarāan Fī Yawmi Naĥsin Mustamirrin
We sent upon them a violent wind, on a day of continuous misery.
