13:3
وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَدَّ الأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْهَارا ً وَمِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ جَعَلَ فِيهَا زَوْجَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَات ٍ لِقَوْم ٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Madda Al-'ArĐa Wa Ja`ala Fīhā Rawāsiya Wa 'Anhārāan Wa Min Kulli Ath-Thamarāti Ja`ala Fīhā Zawjayni Athnayni Yughshī Al-Layla An-Nahāra 'Inna Fī Dhālika La'āyātin Liqawmin Yatafakkarūna
And He is the One who has spread out the land, and made in it stabilizers and rivers, and all the fruits He made in pairs; the night covers the day. In that are signs for a people who think.
15:19
وَالأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْء ٍ مَوْزُون ٍ
Wa Al-'ArĐa Madadnāhā Wa 'Alqaynā Fīhā Rawāsiya Wa 'Anbatnā Fīhā Min Kulli Shay'in Mawzūnin
And the land We have stretched, and placed stabilizers in it, and We have planted in it from everything in balance.
25:45
أَلَمْ تَرَى إِلَى رَبِّكَ كَيْفَ مَدَّ الظِّلَّ وَلَوْ شَاءَ لَجَعَلَه ُُ سَاكِنا ً ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا الشَّمْسَ عَلَيْهِ دَلِيلا ً
'Alam Tará 'Ilá Rabbika Kayfa Madda Až-žilla Wa Law Shā'a Laja`alahu Sākināan Thumma Ja`alnā Ash-Shamsa `Alayhi Dalīlāan
Did you not see to your Lord how He casts the shadow? And if He wished, He could have made it still, then We would have made the sun as a guide to it.
50:7
وَالأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْج ٍ بَهِيج ٍ
Wa Al-'ArĐa Madadnāhā Wa 'Alqaynā Fīhā Rawāsiya Wa 'Anbatnā Fīhā Min Kulli Zawjin Bahījin
And the land We extended it, and placed in it stabilizers, and We gave growth in it to every kind of healthy pair.

2:15
اللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Allāhu Yastahzi'u Bihim Wa Yamudduhum Fī Ţughyānihim Ya`mahūna
God mocks them, and leaves them prolonged in their transgression.
7:202
وَإِخْوَانُهُمْ يَمُدُّونَهُمْ فِي الغَيِّ ثُمَّ لاَ يُقْصِرُونَ
Wa 'Ikhwānuhum Yamuddūnahum Fī Al-Ghayyi Thumma Lā Yuqşirūna
And their brethren attempt to drive them towards error, they do not cease.
15:88
لاَ تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَى مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ~ِ أَزْوَاجا ً مِنْهُمْ وَلاَ تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Lā Tamuddanna `Aynayka 'Ilá Mā Matta`nā Bihi 'Azwājāan Minhum Wa Lā Taĥzan `Alayhim Wa AkhfiĐ Janāĥaka Lilmu'uminīna
So do not linger with your eyes on what We have bestowed upon some couples from them, and do not grieve for them, and lower your wing for the believers.
19:75
قُلْ مَنْ كَانَ فِي الضَّلاَلَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ مَدّاً حَتَّى إِذَا رَأَوْا مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا الْعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا السَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ شَرّ ٌ مَكَانا ً وَأَضْعَفُ جُندا ً
Qul Man Kāna Fī AĐ-Đalālati Falyamdud Lahu Ar-Raĥmānu Maddāan Ĥattá 'Idhā Ra'aw Mā Yū`adūna 'Immā Al-`Adhāba Wa 'Immā As-Sā`ata Fasaya`lamūna Man Huwa Sharrun Makānāan Wa 'AĐ`afu Jundāan
Say: "Whoever is in misguidance, then the Almighty will lead them on." Until they see what they have been promised, either the retribution or the Hour. Then they will know who is in a worse place and weaker in power.
19:79
كَلاَّ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ وَنَمُدُّ لَه ُُ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ مَدّا ً
Kallā Sanaktubu Mā Yaqūlu Wa Namuddu Lahu Mina Al-`Adhābi Maddāan
No, We will record what he says, and We will increase for him the retribution significantly.
20:131
وَلاَ تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَى مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ~ِ أَزْوَاجا ً مِنْهُمْ زَهْرَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنيَا لِنَفْتِنَهُمْ فِيه ِِ وَرِزْقُ رَبِّكَ خَيْر ٌ وَأَبْقَى
Wa Lā Tamuddanna `Aynayka 'Ilá Mā Matta`nā Bihi 'Azwājāan Minhum Zahrata Al-Ĥayāati Ad-Dunyā Linaftinahum Fīhi Wa Rizqu Rabbika Khayrun Wa 'Abqá
And do not linger with your eyes on what We have bestowed upon some couples from them; the flower of the worldly life; so as to test them in it; and the provision of your Lord is better and more lasting.
22:15
مَنْ كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَنْ لَنْ يَنصُرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَب ٍ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ لِيَقْطَعْ فَلْيَنظُرْ هَلْ يُذْهِبَنَّ كَيْدُه ُُ مَا يَغِيظُ
Man Kāna Yažunnu 'An Lan Yanşurahu Allāhu Fī Ad-Dunyā Wa Al-'Ākhirati Falyamdud Bisababin 'Ilá As-Samā'i Thumma Liyaqţa` Falyanžur Hal Yudh/hibanna Kayduhu Mā Yaghīžu
Whoever thinks that God will not grant him victory in this world and the Hereafter, then let him extend his reasons to the heavens, then let him cease and see whether this action has removed the cause of his anger.
31:27
وَلَوْ أَنَّمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ أَقْلاَم ٌ وَالْبَحْرُ يَمُدُّه ُُ مِنْ بَعْدِه ِِ سَبْعَةُ أَبْحُر ٍ مَا نَفِدَتْ كَلِمَاتُ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيم ٌ
Wa Law 'Annamā Fī Al-'ArĐi Min Shajaratin 'Aqlāmun Wa Al-Baĥru Yamudduhu Min Ba`dihi Sab`atu 'Abĥurin Mā Nafidat Kalimātu Allāhi 'Inna Allāha `Azīzun Ĥakīmun
And if all the trees on the earth were made into pens, and the ocean were supplied by seven more oceans, the words of God would not run out. God is Noble, Wise.

84:3
وَإِذَا الأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ
Wa 'Idhā Al-'ArĐu Muddat
And when the land is stretched.

And I gave him abundant wealth.

Say: "If the sea were an inkwell for the words of my Lord, then the sea would run out before the words of my Lord run out;" even if We were to bring another like it as an extension.

إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّمْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْئا ً وَلَمْ يُظَاهِرُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدا ً فَأَتِمُّوا إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَى مُدَّتِهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ
'Illā Al-Ladhīna `Āhadttum Mina Al-Mushrikīna Thumma Lam Yanquşūkum Shay'āan Wa Lam Yužāhirū `Alaykum 'Aĥadāan Fa'atimmū 'Ilayhim `Ahdahum 'Ilá Muddatihim 'Inna Allāha Yuĥibbu Al-Muttaqīna
Except for those with whom you had made a pledge from among the polytheists if they did not reduce anything from it nor did they support anyone against you; you shall continue the pledge with them until its expiry. God loves the righteous.

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ الْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَاكُمْ بِأَمْوَال ٍ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرا ً
Thumma Radadnā Lakumu Al-Karrata `Alayhim Wa 'Amdadnākum Bi'amwālin Wa Banīna Wa Ja`alnākum 'Akthara Nafīrāan
Then We gave back to you your independence from them, and We supplied you with wealth and sons, and We made you more influential.
26:132
وَاتَّقُوا الَّذِي أَمَدَّكُمْ بِمَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Wa Attaqū Al-Ladhī 'Amaddakum Bimā Ta`lamūna
"And be aware of the One who provided you with what you know."
26:133
أَمَدَّكُمْ بِأَنْعَام ٍ وَبَنِينَ
'Amaddakum Bi'an`āmin Wa Banīna
"He provided you with livestock and sons."
52:22
وَأَمْدَدْنَاهُمْ بِفَاكِهَة ٍ وَلَحْم ٍ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
Wa 'Amdadnāhum Bifākihatin Wa Laĥmin Mimmā Yashtahūna
We will supply them with fruit and meat such as they desire.

3:124
إِذْ تَقُولُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَلَنْ يَكْفِيَكُمْ أَنْ يُمِدَّكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِثَلاَثَةِ آلاَف ٍ مِنَ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ مُنْزَلِينَ
'Idh Taqūlu Lilmu'uminīna 'Alan Yakfiyakum 'An Yumiddakum Rabbukum Bithalāthati 'Ālāfin Mina Al-Malā'ikati Munzalīna
When you said to the believers: "Is it not enough for you that your Lord would supply you with three thousand of the angels sent down?"
3:125
بَلَى إِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا وَيَأْتُوكُمْ مِنْ فَوْرِهِمْ هَذَا يُمْدِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِخَمْسَةِ آلاَف ٍ مِنَ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ مُسَوِّمِينَ
Balá 'In Taşbirū Wa Tattaqū Wa Ya'tūkum Min Fawrihim Hādhā Yumdidkum Rabbukum Bikhamsati 'Ālāfin Mina Al-Malā'ikati Musawwimīna
Indeed, if you are patient and are righteous and they come and attack you, He will supply you with five thousand of the angels battle trained.
17:20
كُلاّ ً نُمِدُّ هَاؤُلاَء وَهَاؤُلاَء مِنْ عَطَاءِ رَبِّكَ وَمَا كَانَ عَطَاءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُورا ً
Kullāan Numiddu Hā'uulā' Wa Hā'uulā' Min `Aţā'i Rabbika Wa Mā Kāna `Aţā'u Rabbika Maĥžūrāan
For both groups We will bestow from the bounty of your Lord. And the bounty of your Lord is never restricted.
23:55
أَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّمَا نُمِدُّهُمْ بِه ِِ مِنْ مَال ٍ وَبَنِينَ
'Ayaĥsabūna 'Annamā Numidduhum Bihi Min Mālin Wa Banīna
Do they not think why We are extending them with wealth and sons?
27:36
فَلَمَّا جَاءَ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَال ٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ اللَّهُ خَيْر ٌ مِمَّا آتَاكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ
Falammā Jā'a Sulaymāna Qāla 'Atumiddūnani Bimālin Famā 'Ātāniya Allāhu Khayrun Mimmā 'Ātākum Bal 'Antum Bihadīyatikum Tafraĥūna
So when they came to Solomon he said: "Are you providing me with wealth? What God has provided for me is far better than what He has given you. Now you are happy with your gift!"
71:12
وَيُمْدِدْكُمْ بِأَمْوَال ٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَلْ لَكُمْ جَنَّات ٍ وَيَجْعَلْ لَكُمْ أَنْهَارا ً
Wa Yumdidkum Bi'amwālin Wa Banīna Wa Yaj`al Lakum Jannātin Wa Yaj`al Lakum 'Anhārāan
"And He provides you with wealth and sons, and He makes for you gardens, and He makes for you rivers."

إِذْ تَسْتَغِيثُونَ رَبَّكُمْ فَاسْتَجَابَ لَكُمْ أَنِّي مُمِدُّكُمْ بِأَلْف ٍ مِنَ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ مُرْدِفِينَ
'Idh Tastaghīthūna Rabbakum Fāstajāba Lakum 'Annī Mumiddukum Bi'alfin Mina Al-Malā'ikati Murdifīna
You called on help from your Lord and He answered you: "I will provide you with one thousand angels as defenders."
