to be restless (in bed).
i'tarra
to address anyone humbly.
m'arratun
crime, sin, annoyance.
mu'tar
poor, seeking favour, one addressing humbly. One who does not beg, though poor, who is forced to beg, who is in need.

48:25
هُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوكُمْ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَالْهَدْيَ مَعْكُوفاً أَنْ يَبْلُغَ مَحِلَّه ُُ وَلَوْلاَ رِجَال ٌ مُؤْمِنُونَ وَنِسَاء ٌ مُؤْمِنَات ٌ لَمْ تَعْلَمُوهُمْ أَنْ تَطَئُوهُمْ فَتُصِيبَكُمْ مِنْهُمْ مَعَرَّة ٌ بِغَيْرِ عِلْم ٍ لِيُدْخِلَ اللَّهُ فِي رَحْمَتِه ِِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ لَوْ تَزَيَّلُوا لَعَذَّبْنَا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْهُمْ عَذَاباً أَلِيما ً
Humu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Şaddūkum `Ani Al-Masjidi Al-Ĥarāmi Wa Al-Hadya Ma`kūfāan 'An Yablugha Maĥillahu Wa Lawlā Rijālun Mu'uminūna Wa Nisā'un Mu'uminātun Lam Ta`lamūhum 'An Taţa'ūhum Fatuşībakum Minhum Ma`arratun Bighayri `Ilmin Liyudkhila Allāhu Fī Raĥmatihi Man Yashā'u Law Tazayyalū La`adhdhabnā Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Minhum `Adhābāan 'Alīmāan
They are the ones who rejected and barred you from the Restricted Temple, and barred your donations from reaching their destination. And there had been believing men and believing women whom you did not know, and you may have hurt them, and on whose account you would have incurred a sin unknowingly. God will admit into His mercy whoever He wills. Had they become separated, We would then have punished those from them who rejected with a painful retribution.

وَالْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَاهَا لَكُمْ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْر ٌ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ كَذَلِكَ سَخَّرْنَاهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
Wa Al-Budna Ja`alnāhā Lakum Min Sha`ā'iri Allāhi Lakum Fīhā Khayrun Fādhkurū Asma Allāhi `Alayhā Şawāffa Fa'idhā Wajabat Junūbuhā Fakulū Minhā Wa 'Aţ`imū Al-Qāni`a Wa Al-Mu`tarra Kadhālika Sakhkharnāhā Lakum La`allakum Tashkurūna
And the plump livestock, We have made them for you to be among the symbols of God; you will have benefit in them. So mention the name of God upon them in succession; then, once their sides have become still, you may eat from them and feed with them the poor and the needy. It was thus that We have made them in service to you, that you may be thankful.
