Alif-Nun-Fa
Strike/hit/hurt one's nose, reach one's nose, trod or pasture herbage (camels), turn up one's nose at something, disdain or scorn something, abstain from or refuse to do something (by reason of disdain and pride), loath/dislike/regard something with disgust, sharpen the extremity of something (such as a spear-head or an arrow-head), induce someone to feel scorn/disdain/anger/indignation, haste something (namely an affair), begin or commence, to anticipate something, take the first of something (also to be the first in a thing or affair), most vehement, be head of (Lord or Chief) a people, (with damma, K) having a large nose (applied to a man), make even or evenly.

5:45
وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالأَنفَ بِالأَنفِ وَالأُذُنَ بِالأُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاص ٌ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِه ِِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَة ٌ لَه ُُ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَائِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
Wa Katabnā `Alayhim Fīhā 'Anna An-Nafsa Bin-Nafsi Wa Al-`Ayna Bil-`Ayni Wa Al-'Anfa Bil-'Anfi Wa Al-'Udhuna Bil-'Udhuni Wa As-Sinna Bis-Sinni Wa Al-Jurūĥa Qişāşun Faman Taşaddaqa Bihi Fahuwa Kaffāratun Lahu Wa Man Lam Yaĥkum Bimā 'Anzala Allāhu Fa'ūlā'ika Humu Až-žālimūna
And We have decreed for them in it that a life for a life, and an eye for an eye, and a nose for a nose, and an ear for an ear, and a tooth for a tooth, and wounds to be similar; and whoever remits anything of it, then it will cancel sins for him. And whoever does not judge with what God has sent down, then these are the wicked.
5:45

وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْكَ حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجُوا مِنْ عِنْدِكَ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ مَاذَا قَالَ آنِفاً أُوْلَائِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ
Wa Minhum Man Yastami`u 'Ilayka Ĥattá 'Idhā Kharajū Min `Indika Qālū Lilladhīna 'Ūtū Al-`Ilma Mādhā Qāla 'Ānifāan 'Ūlā'ika Al-Ladhīna Ţaba`a Allāhu `Alá Qulūbihim Wa Attaba`ū 'Ahwā'ahum
And some of them listen to you, until when they go out from you, they say to those who have been given the knowledge: What did he say? Those are the ones whom God has sealed their hearts, and they followed their desires.
