92:1  By the night when it covers
92:2  By the day when it unfolds
92:3  By what created the male and the female
92:4  Verily, your striving is inevitably separate and individual
92:5  So, as for one who gave and was God-conscious
92:6  and lived believing in the most beautiful [attributes of the One—
92:7  WE shall facilitate him to the ease [of Peace].
92:8  And as for one who was miserly and had considered himself self-sufficient
92:9  and gave the lie to the most beautiful [attributes of the One]—
92:10  WE shall facilitate him to the hardship [bereft of Peace].
92:11  His wealth will be of no avail when he falls.
92:12  Surely, up to US is the Guidance
92:13  And indeed, for US is the Last and the First.
92:14  So, I warn you of a fire— ablaze
92:15  None fuel it except the most wretched—
92:16  he who has denied the truth and turned away.
92:17  Whereas the God-conscious shall be veered away from it—
92:18  The one who gives of his wealth, purifying himself—
92:19  and not to anyone with whom a favor turns due—
92:20  [his purpose is none] except that he seeks the face of his Rabb, the highest.
92:21  And for sure he will soon be content and pleased.
