List down Quranic principles and group them in broad elements like Economics, Legal & Governance, Human & Political Rights, and International Relations.
For example, in Human & Political Rights, the Qur’an says there is no compulsion in religion (2:256). If the law of a country allows freedom of (and from) religion, then the country lives according to the Quran.
It’s not difficult to ascertain these elements from the Quran. The difficult job comes next.
