AYAH al-An`am 6:131 

Arabic Source and Roman Transliteration
Arabic ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ zoom
Transliteration Thalika an lam yakun rabbuka muhlika alqura bithulmin waahluha ghafiloona zoom
Literal
(Word by Word)
  That (is because) [that] not is your Lord one who destroys the cities for (their) wrongdoing while their people (are) unaware. zoom


Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad And so it is that thy Sustainer would never destroy a community for its wrongdoing so long as its people are still unaware [of the meaning of right and wrong]: zoom
M. M. Pickthall This is because thy Lord destroyeth not the townships arbitrarily while their people are unconscious (of the wrong they do). zoom
