And We have turned (Our attention) to whatsoever attempt they have made (against Islam) and so We will render this (attempt) like thin dust particles scattered about (as it was in the battle of Badr)
And We shall turn to whatever deeds they (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) did, and We shall make such deeds as scattered floating particles of dust
When the actual doer becomes evident, they will realize the good work they did does not belong to them! (All of their works have been in vain. For, while you assume you are the doer, it is Allah who does a good deed through you!)

And We will proceed to what they have done of deeds, so We shall render them as scattered floating dust

And We apply Ourselves to all that they did and accomplished in life and reduce it together with their infidelity based hope springing eternal in their breasts to a worthless waste as if it were dust dissipated in the wind or mist dispelled by dispersion
The day they will see the angels, on that day it will not be a good news for the criminals, and they will say, "(May we be) prevented (from that through some) prevention."
